When will I be charged?

Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. Future payments are then collected on the 28th of each month.
When will I receive my first Monthly Edit?

Subscribe by the 5thand you'll receive that month's Edit. Orders placed after the 5th will receive next month's Edit.
When are boxes dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all Monthly Edit boxes by the 7th of each month.
Can I pause or skip a month?

Yes. You can pause or skip your subscription at any time through your subscription portal.
Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can cancel whenever you like. If your monthly payment has already been taken, you'll still receive the Monthly Edit you've paid for before your subscription ends.
Can I choose the products?

To keep every Monthly Edit a surprise, the contents are carefully chosen by us and can't be swapped or customised.
